Ellen’s Brownie Skewers
Cut Ellen’s Brownie into
small bite size squares and
skewer brownies with fruit
(fresh strawberries, cut melon,
grapes, etc…) alternating fruit
with brownie. Place skewered
creations in a glass and serve
with a dipping sauce such as
caramel, mocha, or raspberry
